A private, non-profit organization, we receive no taxpayer support from the Town of Hanover.

When a land trust buys land or holds a conservation easement, they are vowing to protect that land forever. Planned contributions allow us to grow our endowment for land stewardship costs, staff and program support.
Please consider joining our Legacy Circle by adding the Hanover Conservancy to your planned gifts.

On occasion, families choose to request contributions to the Conservancy as a way of honoring their loved one’s values. We gratefully accept donations of any amount and work with the family to ensure funds go towards a property or project that is close to their hearts.
If making a donation in memory of someone, please ensure your full name and contact information are listed, along with the deceased’s name so that we can process and acknowledge donations appropriately. Our online donation form offers a space to designate honorary/memorial gifts.
We gratefully accept donations of gift certificates, specialty goods, artwork and more for the Hanover Trails Challenge raffle prizes. Supporters are recognized in various publications for these donations.
Garden tools such as loppers, rakes or hoes are a welcome addition to supplement volunteer workdays. In-kind donations are tax-deductible (please note: the donor, not the Hanover Conservancy, determines the value of material donations).
