Brook Trout in the Mink Brook Watershed

Join Ben Nugent of NH Fish and Game and Adair Mulligan of Hanover Conservancy for a discussion of brook trout populations in Mink Brook.

Ben Nugent will talk about the ways the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department has benefited from local partnerships which promote the restoration and protection of wild brook trout habitat. Learn about a watershed-wide field study done in 2011 and some of these collaborative efforts which could possibly be implemented in the Mink Brook Watershed.

Adair Mulligan will discuss the ways in which the protection of lands in the Mink Brook Watershed by the Hanover Conservancy has likely been a contributing factor to the current brook trout population.
